Dr. Jomani Drayton, Ed.D., LGSW, LMSW, is a licensed social worker and experienced mental
health professional committed to creating a supportive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental
therapeutic environment. She has experience providing individual and group therapy, telehealth
services, crisis intervention, behavioral support, and school-based mental health services to
children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds.
Her clinical approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and person-centered, incorporating
evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused
interventions, mindfulness, emotional regulation strategies, and trauma-informed care.

Dr.Drayton supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationshipchallenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and academic or workplacepressures.
