Working Conditions: Contract, Fee for service, Remote and Hybrid position available, Flexible Schedule
Position Summary: The therapist position is responsible for providing therapeutic services to a caseload that may include individuals and/or families from different ethnic, age, and religious backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients, individually and in a group setting, to assist them in meeting their goals.

Evaluate clients’ mental condition based on interviews, assessments, observations, and collaboration with other members of the clinical treatment team.

Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical knowledge and experience.

Use evidence-based skills and interventions based on clinical knowledge.

Modify treatment approaches and interventions every 6 months to complement treatment plans.

Submit biweekly productivity sheets to the correct department in a timely fashion.

Maintain all professional licensures required.

Submit all clinical notes for services within 48 hours.

Prepare and maintain all treatment records.

Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment.

Other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

Licensure as one of the following: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LICSW, LGMFT, LCMFT, or similar license.

Ability to operate remotely and have a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Committed to serving vulnerable individuals and those who are of a marginalized culture.

Ability and willingness to collaborate with the staff and clinical team within the practice and third parties.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Skilled in the ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.

Ability to operate to the highest ethical standard and professionalism, including confidentiality.

Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Electronic Health/Medical Record Systems and Microsoft Products

Innovative and proactive.

Experience with speaking and/or facilitation workshops and training.

Able to practice with little direct supervision.

Compensation: Up to $124,800/yr based on experience and licensure.
