  • Do you accept Insurance?
    We accept Cigna, Aetna, Carefirst/BCBS, and Medicaid. We also accept self pay options! WMTS provides a sliding fee scale tailored to individual financial situations to make our services more accessible to everyone. We strongly suggest contacting your insurance to determine if your insurance will cover mental health services and what your out of pocket costs will be. Also, contact your insurance for Out Of Network benefits if your insurance is not listed.
  • What type of therapy services do you offer?
    We offer a wide range of services including traditional therapy services and non-traditional services. Please contact us for your specific preferences.
  • Are you accepting new clients?
    Yes, we are accepting new clients at this time.
  • COVID-19 Policies
    We would like to thank you for your patience and shopping with Wright Mindset Therapy Services. It is important for us to provide safe and sanitized products to our customers in a timely manner. We are experiencing a 2-3 day delay in processing and shipping. Please contact us with any concerns.
  • Are pre-orders given priority?
    Yes, Pre-orders are given priority over regular sales of the same items. Emails are sent weekly to keep customers updated on their orders.
  • What are normal processing and shipping times?
    Orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business hours. Orders placed after 4 PM EST will be processed within 48 hours. Fast shipping is automatically applied to orders before 4PM M-F. Items that have been selected after 4PM will be shipped within 2-3 days after processing.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship everywhere. International items may take longer than domestic items.
  • Can I cancel or return an order?
    Items can not be canceled after the 48-hour period of processing. Please email us if you would like to cancel your order and we will assist the best we can. Items can be exchanged, but not refunded. Please email us within 7 days of recieving the item for us to appropriately respond. Please provide the following: - Your Name - Order Number - Pictures We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages during transit to customers.
