We accept Cigna, Aetna, Carefirst/BCBS, and Medicaid. We also accept self pay options! WMTS provides a sliding fee scale tailored to individual financial situations to make our services more accessible to everyone.

We strongly suggest contacting your insurance to determine if your insurance will cover mental health services and what your out of pocket costs will be. Also, contact your insurance for Out Of Network benefits if your insurance is not listed.

Are pre-orders given priority?

Yes, Pre-orders are given priority over regular sales of the same items. Emails are sent weekly to keep customers updated on their orders.

What are normal processing and shipping times?

Orders are processed within 48 hours during normal business hours. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed within 72 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship everywhere. International items may take longer than domestic items.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Items can not be canceled after the 48-hour period of processing. Please email us if you would like to cancel your order and we will assist the best we can.
 
To refund or exchange an item, please email us within 15 days of receiving the item and we will assist as best as we can!
