Gregory Wright Jr. is the owner of Wright Mindset Therapy Services, LLC and has over 10 years of experience working with a multicultural and humanistic perspective in holistic wellness. Gregory provides a client-centered approach while treating multiple mental and behavioral health needs. Gregory is a two-time alumna of Bowie State University and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor approved to practice in the state of Maryland by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists. He is also a Board Approved Supervisor for Substance Use and Mental Health counselors.
Gregory has trained under many psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and psychotherapists, school counselors and prison counselors, as well as clinical social workers. Gregory utilizes his well-versed set of skills to assist clients in confronting concerns with anger, familial relationships and dynamics, grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma from every stage of life. Gregory has experience working with individuals from multiple ethnic backgrounds with ages ranging from as early as 7 years old to late adulthood. Gregory specializes in treating trauma, behavior modification, and anxiety concerns in teens to middle adulthood.

Gregory’s modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, Adlerian therapy, mindfulness, rational-emotive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytical approach, and substance use therapy. Gregory has worked in many marginalized communities and continues to advocate and consult with private and public organizations to increase the direct care of mental health services. Gregory is an Adjunct Professor and educator and continues to pursue social equity in academia.
