Working Conditions: Contract, Fee for service, Remote position, Flexible Schedule
Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor position is responsible for providing appropriate clinical oversight, guidance, and support to our team of therapists and counselors. Provide therapeutic services to a small caseload that may include individuals and/or families from different ethnic, age, and religious backgrounds.
Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of therapists and counselors, ensuring adherence to ethical standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct weekly case consultations with therapists to review client progress, discuss treatment plans, and provide clinical guidance and support.

Develop and deliver training programs and continuing education opportunities for therapists to enhance their clinical skills and competencies.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Review and approve clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of care.

Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients to assist them in meeting their goals.

Evaluate clients’ mental condition based on interviews, assessments, observations, and collaboration with other members of the clinical treatment team.

Maintain all professional licensures required.

Submit all clinical notes for services within 48 hours.

Maintain confidentiality of client records and treatment.

Other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.

Licensure as one of the following: LCPC, LICSW, LCMFT, or similar independent license.

Ability to operate remotely and have a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Committed to serving vulnerable individuals and those who are of a marginalized culture.

Ability and willingness to collaborate with the staff and clinical team within the practice and third parties.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Ability to operate to the highest ethical standard and professionalism, including confidentiality.

Ability to work independently as well as a team member.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Electronic Health/Medical Record Systems and Microsoft Products.
Innovative and proactive.
Experience with speaking and/or facilitation workshops and training.

Compensation: Up to $135,000/yr based on experience and licensure.
