Asia believes life comes with many challenges, but there comes a time when we all need some help - a small push, if you will. Whether anxiety, depression, fear, or loneliness is prevalent within your life, Asia makes it imperative to provide positivity and encouragement. Asia's approach utilizes holistic perspectives, person-centered approaches, NTU psychotherapy, and a variety of evidence-based wellness interventions.
Asia has been thoroughly trained in positive psychology interventions similar to mindfulness activities, deep breathing, yoga, meditation, art therapy, and sound therapeutic techniques. She focuses on addressing the intense emotions and behaviors that arise from distressing events that are difficult to cope with. Asia prides herself on being a listening ear to guide others through their challenges. Asia considers the mind, body, and spirit to be essential in therapy.
Her main goal is to help you understand where you are going, what you are experiencing, and how you can cope with these unwanted feelings naturally and holistically. In her spare time, she likes to indulge in activities such as yoga, painting, journaling, spending time in nature, spending time with my loved ones, and learning the deeper truths about life.
