Katrín Kutlucinar
LGPC

Katrín is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She began her career as a Residential Counselor and lead Transitional-Age Youth Counselor before becoming a practicing therapist at You First Health Systems. Katrín is also a research associate at the Bipolar Collaborative Network.


She specializes in mood disorders, psychosis, trauma/PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. Katrín integrates the latest research into her practice to ensure clients receive the most informed and effective treatments. She is one of the few clinicians in the U.S. trained in Family-Focused Therapy (FFT) and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) for Bipolar Disorder. Additionally, she is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBT-P) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for Borderline Personality Disorder, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety and depression.
